Privacy policy

The controller of your personal data is the seller named at the bottom of this page (“MetaFormPlan”, “we”). Contact for all data-protection questions: see the email below.

• Contact data: first name and email address.
• Plan data: age, sex, height, weight, goal, activity, training preferences, diet and foods you avoid.
• Health information you choose to give (e.g. whether you have a medical condition, Premium form notes). This is special-category data and is processed only with your explicit consent.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: with your consent, anonymised usage statistics (Google Analytics); in local storage we save your quiz progress and cookie choice.

• To create and deliver your plan and handle your order – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for health information, your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)).
• To answer your questions – legitimate interest.
• Accounting and tax obligations – legal obligation.
• Analytics – only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings”.
• If you entered your email but didn't complete the order, we may send one reminder about your results – legitimate interest; you can unsubscribe with one click.

• Stripe – payment processing.
• Google (Gemini API) – generating parts of your plan text. We send only the plan data needed (no payment data) and use a paid API service whose terms do not allow using the data to train models.
• Google Analytics – only with your consent.
• Our hosting and email provider – to run the website and send emails.

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; in that case transfers are protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Order and plan data: up to 24 months after purchase so we can help with questions and adjustments, then deleted or anonymised. Accounting records: as long as tax law requires. Unfinished quiz data (leads): up to 6 months.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time – just email us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.

Necessary local storage keeps your quiz answers while you fill it in and remembers your cookie choice. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only after you click “Accept”. We don't use advertising cookies.
