MetaFormPlan creates personal nutrition and/or training plans in PDF format based on the information you provide. Plans are general wellness guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Prices are shown in euros and are final. Payment is one-time; there is no subscription. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed.

Your plan is sent to the email address you provided within 24 hours of payment. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder and contact us – we will resend it.

The plan is digital content created according to your personal data. Before payment you expressly request that we start immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the plan has been delivered (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Until delivery you may cancel your order and receive a full refund by emailing us.

If your plan does not match the data you gave us (e.g. wrong diet type or equipment) or contains an error, tell us within 14 days. We will correct it free of charge; if we cannot, we refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provided is correct. Consult a doctor before starting if you have a health condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or feel unwell during training. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Results depend on many individual factors and cannot be guaranteed.

Your plan is for your personal use. Please don't resell or publish it.

Send complaints to our email; we reply within 14 days. If we cannot resolve the issue, you can contact your national consumer protection authority. The law of the seller's country of registration applies, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
